Continuous Casting

Molten metal is poured between two rotating, cold rollers. The aluminum solidifies as it passes through the roller gap and exits as a thin strip (typically 5–10 mm) that is immediately rolled into a coil. Suitable for pure aluminum and low-alloy aluminum (1xxx, 3xxx, 8xxx series). Continuous and stable solidification conditions form a uniform fine-grain structure, ensuring high consistency in strip dimensional accuracy and internal structure.
The entire process is highly automated, facilitating the integration of advanced digital control systems, and allowing direct integration with downstream rolling lines.

Cold Rolling Mill

Advanced continuous casting technology provides high-quality feedstock for the rolling process, ensuring consistent material integrity and performance. Aluminum strip produced through the Cold Rolling Mill is processed in multiple stages, followed by precise passes in the Foil Rolling Mill to achieve the required thickness for aluminum foil applications.
Our production system is supported by the latest technological innovations, including advanced flatness control, automatic gauge control (AGC), and integrated computer-assisted systems, enabling high precision, process stability, and consistent product quality.

Foil Rolling Mill

The Foil Mill is a critical stage in the production of aluminium foil,Our production system is supported by the latest technological innovations,including advanced Automatic Flatness Control (AFC), Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) to ensure that aluminium strip is precisely rolled to achieve the conducted under controlled operating conditions to ensure uniform gauge,smooth surface quality,and consistent mechanical properties,delivering reliable performance for a wide range of aluminium foil applications.

Operation Control Panel

The production process is supervised experienced operators through a centralized control panel system. This control panel allows continuous monitoring and adjustment of key operating parameters, ensuring stable production,consistent product quality, and compliance with established process standards.

Soft Foil Slitter

Soft Foil Slitter is a precision converting process used to resize aluminium foil rolls into narrower widths according to specific production and customer requirements. The process is commonly utilized to optimize non-conforming or excess jumbo rolls that do not fully meet the original specification, allowing the material to be efficiently recovered into usable products instead of being discarded. With accurate slitting control and careful material handling, Soft Foil Slitter helps reduce production waste, improve operational efficiency, and maximize aluminium foil utilization while maintaining reliable functional quality for suitable applications.
